HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping:
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 1-2 business days for shipment and delivery.
International orders take 2-5 days to arrive.
Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Returns:
From the date of delivery of the order, the customer has 14 days to request a return, for whatever reason.
Before sending the goods back, the Customer must send us an e-mail to info@myobu.com.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: it must not have been worn, washed, modified in any way, and must be complete with all tags and accessories.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items purchased from www.myobu.com cannot be returned to stores.
Products / Size Exchange:
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Credit:
Store credit (voucher) can be used on a future order within 1 year of the return.
Refund:
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.
WHERE DO I SHIP RETURNS?
You may ship your return to the following address within 14 days of receiving the product and with a copy of your invoice: Grigoriou Labraki 2, 14572, Drosia, Greece.
Note that the 14 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.
I PURCHASED A MYŌBU PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER. HOW DO I HANDLE RETURNS?
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through www.myobu.com.
